Sadhana is more than mantra repetition or ritual. It is a disciplined spiritual journey that develops devotion, concentration, awareness and inner stability.
At Shiv Shakti Siddheshwar Akhara, Sadhana is guided through the Guru–Shishya Parampara, where the mantra, method and discipline are selected according to the seeker’s spiritual readiness.
Every spiritual practice has its own purpose, method and discipline. Some prepare the seeker for deeper spiritual practices, while others focus on devotion, meditation, inner strength, knowledge or spiritual awareness.
Advanced Sadhanas are therefore practised under proper Guru guidance and, where required, Mantra Diksha.
A disciplined spiritual path focused on courage, inner strength, awareness and deeper spiritual preparedness.
